Eligibility Criteria For Hindustan Shipyard Limited Various Manager Online Recruitment 2021 – Apply Online for 53 Posts
Academic Qualification for Various Manager: Candidate’s should Graduate pass in any discipline with not less than 50% marks and two years full time post graduate degree / diploma in Management with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations from any recognized University or Institute registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks.
Age Limit for Various Manager: Candidates age should be 50 Years for General Manager (E7), 48 Years for Additional General Manager (E6), 45 Years for Deputy General Manager (E5) & Deputy General Manager, 42 Years for Senior Manager (E4), 40 Years for Manager (E3), 35 Years for Deputy Manager (E2).
Pay Scale for Various Manager: Candidates will get salary after all selection process. Salary Rs.100000 – 260000/- for General Manager (E7), Rs.90000 – 240000/- for Additional General Manager (E6), Rs.80000 – 220000/- for Deputy General Manager (E5), Rs.70000 – 200000/- for Senior Manager (E4), Rs.60000 – 180000/- for Manager (E3), Rs.50000 – 160000/- for Deputy Manager (E2) posts.
